2.2 Cancellation fees:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus administrative fee ($50 USD)
15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund
2.3 For group tours or special packages, specific cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Changes and Rescheduling
3.1 If you wish to reschedule your tour, we will try to accommodate your request depending on availability.
3.2 Rescheduling may incur additional fees or price differences depending on new dates or tour options.
3.3 If you reschedule and later cancel, the standard cancellation fees apply from the date of the rescheduled tour.
4. Cancellations by G1 Tour
4.1 G1 Tour reserves the right to cancel a tour in exceptional circumstances, including:
Insufficient number of participants
Adverse weather or natural disasters
Government restrictions or emergencies
4.2 In case of cancellation by G1 Tour, you may choose either:
A full refund of all payments made, or
Rescheduling to another available tour of equal or similar value
5. Non-Refundable Items
Some items may be non-refundable:
Flights booked through third-party providers
Travel insurance premiums
Optional excursions or add-ons not included in the main tour package
